The Evacuation Chair 'Swing' facilitates a largely controlled evacuation of patients in particularly difficult situations. It is employed when other aids cannot be used due to a lack of space, for instance during transport across stairs. In situations like this, the 'Swing' ensures safe transfer of patients. The patient can be optimally stabilized with a built-in safety belt, and then ten robust handles distribute the weight of the patient between up to 5 carriers in a manner that is gentle on the back and independent of carrier height. When combined with a roll board, a patient that is lying down can be transferred onto the opened evacuation chair. The Evacuation Chari 'Swing' is designed to take up minimal space and is foldable.
