Shipping costs

For shipping within Germany:

• For a value of goods up to 250,00 EUR we charge a shipping fee of 5,90 EUR
• Over 250,00 EUR we deliver free of shipping costs

For shipping to Austria:

• For shipping to Austria we charge a shipping fee of 9.90 EUR

For shipping to Switzerland:

• For shipping to Switzerland we charge a shipping fee of 19.90 EUR

Payment methods

Germany, Austria, Switzerland:

• Prepayment
  After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation with our bank details. Please transfer the exact invoice amount, do not round up or down.please state the order number you received in the order confirmation emailasthe reason for payment.
• PayPal
  After submitting your order you will be forwarded to PayPal. Click on the "Payment" button to make the payment.
  Note: You need a PayPal account to be able to make the payment via PayPal. Register at the following Internet address: www.paypal.de/anmeldung.
• Credit card
  When you place your order, you enter your credit card details and the credit card company carries out an authorisation check.
  Once you have been legitimised as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be carried out automatically and your card will be debited.
• Direct debit (direct debit)
  All personal data is transmitted securely via SSL. The purchase price will be debited from your account after you have received the goods. Your order can be processed immediately.
