One of our key service areas is the testing and demonstration of our products in clinics, facilities and radiology centres.
Our experienced team consists of professionals who work closely with customers to ensure that Transatlantic's products are perfectly tailored to their needs. The Transatlantic team works closely with customers to find the best possible solution for their needs and to optimally integrate Transatlantic's products.
Our medical device consultants help our customers to understand and use the products correctly. They provide training and support to ensure that customers can utilise the full capabilities of the products.
We offer:
- Training with various aids (rollboards, slide boards, ...)
- Training on back-friendly working when transferring patients
- Instruction in the use of the patient scales
- Testing of the Transaflow products in the radiology department
- Testing the functionality of the rollboards (rollboard check)
