Shipping costs

For shipping within Germany:

• For an order value of up to EUR 250.00, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 5.90
• For orders over EUR 250.00, we deliver free of shipping charges

For shipping to Austria:

• For shipping to Austria, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 9.90

For shipping to Switzerland:

• For shipping to Switzerland, we charge a flat shipping fee of EUR 19.90

Payment methods

Germany, Austria, Switzerland:

• Advance payment
  After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation containing our bank details. Please be sure to transfer the exact invoice amount without rounding it up or down. Please enter the order number provided in your order confirmation email as the payment reference.
• PayPal
  After submitting your order, you will be redirected to PayPal. The payment will be processed there when you click the "Payment" button.
  Note: You need a PayPal account to make a payment via PayPal. Register at the following web address: www.paypal.de/anmeldung.
• Credit card
  When placing your order, you provide your credit card details and the credit card company performs an authorisation check.
  Once you have been authenticated as the legitimate cardholder, the payment transaction will be processed automatically and your card will be charged.
• Direct debit
  All personal data is transmitted securely via SSL. The purchase price will be debited from your account after you have received the goods. Your order can be processed immediately.
