For the purpose of contract performance pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we collect personal data if you voluntarily provide it to us as part of your order. Mandatory fields are marked as such because in these cases we require the data for contract performance and cannot dispatch the order without it. The data collected can be seen from the respective input forms.

Further information about the processing of your data, in particular its disclosure to our service providers for order, payment and shipping processing, can be found in the following sections of this Privacy Policy. 3. Data processing for shipping purposes

For contract performance pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. b GDPR, we disclose your data to the shipping service provider commissioned with delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of ordered goods.

4. Data processing for payment processing

When processing payments in our online shop, we work with the following partners: technical service providers, credit institutions and payment service providers.

4.1 Data processing for transaction processing

Depending on the selected payment method, we disclose the data necessary for processing the payment transaction to our technical service providers, who work for us as processors, or to the commissioned credit institutions or the selected payment service provider, insofar as this is necessary for payment processing. 5. Advertising by email

5.1 Email newsletter with subscription

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we use the data required for this purpose or separately provided by you to send you our email newsletter regularly on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. a GDPR. 7.1 Use of Google services for web analytics and advertising purposes

We use the technologies of Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland ("Google") described below. The information automatically collected by Google technologies about your use of our website is generally transferred to and stored on a server of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. There is no adequacy decision by the European Commission for the USA. Our cooperation with them is based on standard data protection clauses of the European Commission. If your IP address is collected using Google technologies, it will be shortened by activating IP anonymisation before being stored on Google's servers. Google Analytics

For the purpose of website analysis, Google Analytics automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of the visit, device and browser information, as well as information about your use of our website), from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. Cookies may be used for this purpose. As a rule, your IP address will not be combined with other data held by Google. Data processing is carried out on the basis of a data processing agreement with Google.

For the purpose of optimised marketing of our website, we have activated the data sharing settings for "Google products and services". This allows Google to access the data collected and processed by Google Analytics and subsequently use it to improve Google services. Data sharing with Google under these data sharing settings is based on an additional agreement between controllers. We have no influence over Google's subsequent data processing.

For the purpose of optimised marketing of our website, we use the so-called User ID function. This function enables us to assign a unique, permanent ID to your interaction data from one or more sessions on our online presences and thus analyse your user behaviour across devices and sessions.

We also use the Google Analytics extension function Google Optimize to create and conduct tests.

For web analytics, the Google Analytics extension function Google Signals enables so-called "cross-device tracking". If your internet-enabled devices are linked to your Google account and you have activated the "personalised advertising" setting in your Google account, Google can generate reports on your usage behaviour (in particular, cross-device user numbers), even if you change your device. For web analytics and advertising purposes, the so-called DoubleClick cookie, an extension function of Google Analytics, enables your browser to be recognised when you visit other websites. Google AdSense

Our website uses Google AdSense to market space for third-party advertisements. These advertisements are displayed to you in various places on this website. The so-called DoubleClick cookie enables interest-based advertising by collecting and processing data (IP address, time of the visit, device and browser information, as well as information about your use of our website) and automatically assigning a pseudonymous user ID which is used to determine interests based on visits to this and other websites.

Google Ads

For advertising purposes in Google search results and on third-party websites, the so-called Google remarketing cookie is set when you visit our website. By collecting and processing data (IP address, time of the visit, device and browser information, as well as information about your use of our website), using a pseudonymous cookie ID and on the basis of the pages you have visited, this cookie automatically enables interest-based advertising. Further data processing only takes place if you have activated the "personalised advertising" setting in your Google account. If you are logged in to Google while visiting our website in this case, Google will use your data together with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing.

For website analysis and event tracking, we use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure your subsequent usage behaviour if you reached our website via a Google Ads advertisement. For this purpose, cookies may be used and data (IP address, time of the visit, device and browser information, as well as information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or subscribing to a newsletter) may be collected, from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms.

YouTube Video Plugin

To integrate third-party content, the YouTube Video Plugin in the enhanced privacy mode we use collects data (IP address, time of the visit, device and browser information), transmits it to Google and subsequently has it processed by Google only when you play a video.

7.2 Use of Facebook services for web analytics and advertising purposes

Use of Facebook Pixel

We use Facebook Pixel as part of the technologies described below from Facebook Ireland Ltd., 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Facebook"). Facebook Pixel automatically collects and stores data (IP address, time of the visit, device and browser information, as well as information about your use of our website based on events specified by us, such as visiting a website or subscribing to a newsletter), from which user profiles are created using pseudonyms. As part of so-called advanced matching, information that can be used to identify individuals (e.g. names, email addresses and telephone numbers) is also collected in hashed form and stored for matching purposes. For this purpose, Facebook Pixel automatically sets a cookie when you visit our website, which automatically enables your browser to be recognised when you visit other websites by means of a pseudonymous cookie ID. Facebook will combine this information with other data from your Facebook account and use it to compile reports on website activity and provide other services related to website use, in particular personalised and group-based advertising.

8. Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge

The Trusted Shops Trustbadge is integrated on this website to display our Trusted Shops quality seal and any collected reviews, and to offer Trusted Shops products to buyers after an order.

This serves to safeguard our legitimate interests in optimal marketing by enabling secure shopping, which prevail in the context of a balancing of interests, pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. The Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer from Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany. The Trustbadge is provided by a CDN provider (content delivery network) as part of processing on our behalf. Trusted Shops GmbH also uses service providers from the USA. When the Trustbadge is accessed, the web server automatically stores a so-called server log file, which also contains your IP address, date and time of access, amount of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the access. Individual access data is stored in a security database for the analysis of security anomalies. The log files are automatically deleted no later than 90 days after creation.

Further personal data is transferred to Trusted Shops GmbH if, after completing an order, you decide to use Trusted Shops products or have already registered to use them. The contractual agreement concluded between you and Trusted Shops applies. For this purpose, personal data is collected automatically from the order data. Whether you, as a buyer, are already registered to use a product is checked automatically using a neutral parameter: the email address hashed using a cryptographic one-way function. Before transmission, the email address is converted into this hash value, which cannot be decrypted by Trusted Shops. After checking for a match, the parameter is automatically deleted.

This is necessary to fulfil our and Trusted Shops' overriding legitimate interests in providing the buyer protection linked to the specific order and the transactional review services pursuant to Art. 6(1) sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. Social buttons from social networks are used on our website. These are integrated into the site only as HTML links, so no connection to the servers of the respective provider is established when our website is accessed.
