Why a rollboard?
As lifting and repositioning patients plays a major role throughout the care sector, we have made it our mission to develop products that relieve and support both carers and patients. Rollboards play a key role in this area and can be used in many areas of care and treatment. Wherever people in need of assistance have to be moved frequently - for example in clinics, radiology or elderly care. Our Transaroll boards were first introduced to the German market 30 years ago and have been continuously developed ever since. What characterises the new Transaroll Silverboard?
The new core of the Transaroll Silverboard (formerly Transatlantic Rollboard Special Edition) consists of a single piece of polyethylene, making it very stable and able to withstand loads of up to 350kg. The hard-wearing nylon fabric guarantees maximum gliding properties and therefore the most comfortable and hygienic transfer ever.
