Our many years of experience in the field of fixation systems is reflected in a particularly well-balanced and practice-orientated product range. In addition to our Fixing Straps with practical Velcro tabs, we also offer Nasal Fixing Systems for gastric or oxygen probes, tube fixations for safe and hygienic intubation and classic Catheter Fixations.
Fixing Straps
Transafix® Fixing Straps have been used in all areas of care for over 30 years. The base carrier of the Velcro tape is the Transpore carrier plaster, which is suitable for longer-term applications*. It has an integrated Velcro fastener that can be used to fix the supply lines in an adhesive surface.
Tube fixation
Secure and comfortable fixation is particularly important when using tubes. We have developed a perfect solution for this with our Transafix® fixation holder set. The set consists of two parts, the 2 cheek plates, available in fleece or hydrocolloid, and a soft Fixing Strap with a length of 40 cm. The holder can be individually adjusted and is therefore suitable for all sizes.
Nasal tube fixation
The insertion of nasal gastric tubes is a common application in hospitals. The tube is inserted into the stomach through the patient's nose. Our Transafix® Nasal Fixation System offers the perfect solution for this. The combination of the Nasal Holder, available in skin-coloured fleece or hydrocolloid, and the Nasal Strip makes the system ready for use.
IV cannula fixation
Our cannula fixation with non-adhesive wound dressing has excellent adhesive properties and is very skin-friendly, allowing it to remain on the skin for up to 7 days. It can be removed painlessly and without leaving any residue.
