The skin-friendly fixation of supply lines can help those affected to achieve greater comfort and safety. We have developed our Transafix Fixing Strap No. 2 for the fixation of PEG or CAPD, as well as the strain relief of infusions or similar, and thus offer an optimal solution for secure fixation.
The basic carrier of the Velcro tape support is the Transpore Carrier Patch. A Velcro fastener is integrated into it, which can be used to fix the supply lines.
The supply cable can either move freely in the Velcro tab or be fixed in place by removing the Protective Cover to expose an adhesive layer. The Velcro flap can be opened and closed as often as required, meaning that it is not necessary to replace the Fixing Strap when changing probes or similar.
The Plaster is breathable and gentle on the skin and can be applied to sensitive skin for longer periods. It is adaptable and has a strong hold, but can also be removed without leaving any residue.
We only use high-quality VELCRO® brand hook and loop fasteners in our Transafix products.
You can obtain all packaging units from your pharmacy, quoting the pharmaceutical central number (PZN).
